Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. Additionally, he is Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications and is a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.
