Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou, the oldest of four children, was born on August 8th, 1976 in Beaumont Puy-de-Domme. Her parents were dentists and a teacher recognised and supported her interest in the theatre and dramatic arts since her early years, which superseded an initial desire to become a primatologist due to her passion for monkeys. Success in the beginning and an immediate growth in popularity made her a promising young actor. When she completed her education She was a participant in the French program for scouting talent on television Jeunes Premiers. She won The title of the Best Young Actress in Beziers Festival of Young Actors and started her career as an actor. Tautou attended her school, the Institut Catholique de Paris, and attended the Catholic Church as a young girl. But she's since distanced herself with this background. Tautou claims to be not officially Catholic. In addition to acting, she has also been a model and the model for L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. Also, she has an intense interest in photography and recently presented an exhibit of her work at the Arles Festival, titled Superficial.
